| Who would have thought that a berry that was discovered by a herd of goats would be the single most important ingredient in the world’s most popular drink? Legend has it that back in 850 AD, a goat herder noticed his herd was full of energy and eating berries he had never noticed. Since the goats seemed to have such a reaction, the herder decided to give it a try! The berries also gave him a burst of energy and he began to feel very happy. Thus, the beginning of the journey for what is now known as coffee! Actually, the story of the goat herder isn’t the only legend surrounding this discovery. It is also said that an Arabian man was banished to the deserts with his followers to die of starvation. His men became very desperate for nourishment and before long, they were boiling and eating the product of an unknown tree. The broth that was produced by this unknown substance saved the lives of the men! In the nearest town, Mocha, many took their survival to be a religious sign. Because of the discovery, the drink was then named Mocha. No matter which story you gravitate to, the bottom line is the same: the berries (actually, the seed of the berry) gave energy and zest to all that would consume it! From its earliest beginnings, coffee was thought of as a delicacy and any recipes floating around were considered to be a closely guarded secret! As time passed, the very first coffee trees were harvested around 1100, in the Arabian Peninsula. The coffee drink became a staple of many early civilizations. In the year 1453, There was a law in Turkey that said that a woman could divorce her husband if he didn’t supply her with a daily supply of coffee! The very first known coffee shop was established in Constantinople around the year of 1475 and since that initial introduction to the general public, coffee has pretty much taken over the world! Between 1600-1700, there were many advancements, including the world’s first coffee house and the beginnings of commercial production (made by the Dutch). By the middle 1700’s, there were about 2000 coffee shops in Venice, alone! The first prototype of an espresso machine (made in Italy) was unveiled in the early 1800’s. In the early 1900’s, the first drip coffee machine was invented, making the coffee making process a little less daunting! The automatic espresso maker began its journey in the 1930’s. By the late 1900’s, coffee became the most popular beverage in the world! The coffee is harvested in many countries, including: Africa, Ethiopia, Brazil, North America, Italy and even Turkey. This kind of crop can also be easily grown and exported by many third world countries, as well. Made to tempt even the pickiest palate, coffee has evolved to include hundreds of flavors and varying grades and prices. Did you find this article useful? How Social Media Can Boost Your Business
With a tool such as Facebook there are businesses out there that are developing enormous followings, and this is an advantageous step to take. If you have everything in good working order, and you are well connected with your customers, then social media gives you an opportunity to feel updates directly to your customers own pages. This makes it one of the easiest possible ways to keep your customers or potential customers up to date with everything you are doing, all from the one place and simultaneously. Even email cant boast being quite so streamlined!
Another popular new social media tool that has taken off in a big way, is Twitter. This is toll that sends out short messages, around 140 characters max. To those linked into receive your updates. As with Facebook this is a direct line of communication with your customers, and if you are clever with how you use these short and sharp tweets you can get your message across to your customers in a witty and succinct format. There is also the possibility for those interested to have this linked into their mobile phones, receiving your twitters as text messages. For the originator of the tweet, it is possible to link your tweets into your web page or blog via an RSS feed.
This brings us to the other social media platform that has shown phenomenal expansion over the last little while, blogging. Few of us arent familiar with blogging these days, so the question that many are asking is how it is of benefit to a business. Well as with Facebook or Twitter this is a great format that allows direct communication with customers.
Creating a business blog however, allows you to go much further than this. For starters a blog is not limited to 140 characters! That said, a blog provides you with the opportunity to show your expertise in your area of business. You can communicate new ideas and developments to your customers and communicate with them via the blog space. Customers have the opportunity to leave comments and this allows you to develop better understanding of their particular needs.
These are only a few of the social media opportunities that are available, there is a number of others that are also worthwhile exploring if you are serious about using this format to grow your business. If you are ready to start linking in with customer and expanding and developing your direct communications, then these options are worth taking the time to explore. As marketing tools go these are some of the cheapest and easiest forms of direct communication tools around. Investigate which options to pursue, and consider the fairly small outlay for getting these up and running. Staying Organized While You Write
There's more to writing articles than just writing. There's also researching and editing to do. People often make the mistake of doing their researching, writing, and editing all in one go. They start writing before they've finished researching; they stop to rewrite a clumsy sentences; they change their mind about the direction of the article; the list goes on.
Flitting like a butterfly from writing, researching, and editing is a woefully inefficient use of your time. Instead, you should focus on one task at a time.
Before you start writing, you should do all your research first. If you must write at all, create a short outline of the questions you need to address in your article. This outline will be a guiding compass for your research, which should narrow your focus, keep you grounded, and help prevent you from going off on different tangents.
After you finish your research, you can start writing. Don't stop to revise your sentences or correct misspellings; it's better to simply let it flow.
Once you're finished, you can edit it as much as you like. This is when you unleash your inner critic. Be as ruthless as you like. Rearrange your paragraphs, rewrite those weak sentences, trim the fat. You'll be a much more effective editor now that you're not busy worrying about what you'll write next.
By approaching researching, writing, and editing as separate activities, you will become a much more efficient writer. It may not come easily to you at first, but if you keep practicing, it should become second nature.

Open Letters: Dear Bal Thackeray
Mainak Dhar is an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad whose career in the corporate sector has spanned almost a dozen years across Mumbai, Bangkok and now Singapore. Cubicle dweller by day and writer by night, he has written six books, including the best-selling novel, The Funda of Mix-ology. Learn more about it at www.getthefunda.com.
In this new series, Mainak writes open letters to people in the news, commenting on the state of affairs in the world today. Today’s column is an open letter to Shiv Sena supreme, Bal Thackeray.
Dear Sir,I realise that writing anything remotely critical to you is fraught with risk, given your followers’ tendency to let their fists do the talking in any debate. However, I couldn’t help but reply to your recent statement that Hindus should also form suicide squads to combat the threat they face from Islamic terror groups.
At the outset, I should clarify a couple of things. I am as disgusted as you are by the almost daily terror attacks we have almost begun to take for granted. Also, like many friends, at times, I too have sometimes vented my frustration by suggesting we bomb the terrorist training camps across the border. So there is no question that the status quo can be maintained. We cannot let ourselves remain a soft target for terrorists and our police and intelligence agencies must shift from being purely reactive to more proactively targeting terror cells.
On a longer term basis, we do need to find a sustainable solution, one which will inevitably involve signaling to our neighbours in the West that maintaining a low intensity conflict with us through terror strikes is a strategy that will be too expensive for them to continue- in diplomatic, economic, and military terms.
However, your proposal is an extreme one, to say the least, and coming from someone of your influence, will register with millions of people. I guess you must have already seen and read about all the flak your article has attracted, including a couple of calls for you to be arrested. So I won’t repeat the criticism. Instead, I’ll build on your idea and see where it leads us.
As you seek to create these ‘Hindu fidayeen’, the first question will be one of recruitment. Ordinary civilians do not overnight become suicide bombers. Even trained soldiers are drilled to preserve their lives and sacrifice it as a last resort. Most studies of the suicide bomber phenomenon say that these individuals are motivated not just by anger, but by a sense of helplessness- a sense that the only way they can fight back against a superior enemy is to sacrifice themselves. So you could start by recruiting young men and women who have lost family members to terror attacks and communal riots.
The next factor would be indoctrination - becoming a suicide bomber requires a mindset that comes with steady training - so you could open special training camps for these candidates. Camps where they learn not just about how to use arms and explosives but also build up their mental readiness to end their lives on command.
Suicide bombers also tend to be successful when there’s a ready pool of new recruits which you will need, since attrition, by definition, tends to be high. In places like Palestine, what’s been apparent is that new recruits are most forthcoming when becoming a suicide bomber is seen as a noble and rewarding task. So suicide bombers are lionised and celebrated as heroes and their surviving family members are lavishly rewarded. In your case, perhaps you could feature them in your party’s newsletter, and give out cash awards and government jobs to their next of kin.
Once they’re ready, comes the question of their use. Suicide bombers are by definition not defensive weapons, so you could use them to attack Muslim settlements. It certainly would be a more ‘cost effective’ way of creating communal carnage. While you’re at it, and have built up the infrastructure, you could even consider ‘exporting’ this pool of talent, sending them on missions to neighbouring countries, hitting at them when our government is unwilling to use conventional military force.
Before we go any further, lets just stop and re-read the last few paragraphs. All of these are but a natural extension of your idea. But if we did all this, would there be any difference between us and the terrorists we are fighting; would there be any difference between our country and our dysfunctional neighbour to the West; and would there be any difference between those who lead and organise this and the likes of Osama bin Laden?
I’m sure that’s not what you had in mind. Or did you?
Warm regards,
Mainak
Picking the Right Friends From the Madding Crowd
As we go along our life, we constantly meet different kinds of people. We talk to them, share lunch together, or join them in regular activities like weekend badminton games or movie watching. They most likely have smiles on their faces when they are with us. But the main question is whether we would embrace them as real friends in the truest definition of the term or treat them as mere acquaintances only. Remember our parents, genuinely concerned about our well-being, would remind us over dinner to wisely choose the people we would associate with? Failure to discern who you mingle with will eventually lead you to trouble or worse a miserable life due to bad company.
Yet, how do we spot who are real friends among the crowd that we come across with in our daily grind. How do we find the people who will be there beside us and honestly look after our welfare? The bad news is there are no books that give answers to all questions regarding friendship. Nevertheless, the good news is experience stands as a good ally coupled with common sense and an ounce of gut feel.
Know Thy Self First
Since what we are after are real true friends, we must understand that they are our extension. How many times have we heard the adage: birds of the same feathers flock together. Friends are our chosen family based on our standard emanating from our self-worth. To find real and true friends one first ought to have a notion of one-self. The individual necessarily has to acknowledge these innate prerequisites given about him:
- He is important and has value - a person must know that no matter what his state in life is, he matters. His views, perspective in life and his whole being is of value.
- He deserves to be happy - there are no signs anywhere that tells one must be miserable. He deserves all the opportunities by which he can be happy and fulfilled.
If one has already known these basic intrinsic rights, then he can proceed smoothly in identifying the persons whom he can call true friends. By then, it is automatic that he has a notion or a glimpse of what his objectives in life are. Establishing this set of intrinsic rights of his being, he should by then established a good self-esteem and confidence. That he is a 'valuable cargo' as one popular author puts it.
When one knows his value in life then it will be easier for him to discern who his real and true friends are. Not knowing one's importance oftentimes is one of the reasons why an individual hangs out with the wrong set of people.
Signs of Who Your True Friends Are
- Life is wonderful when you are with them. Life as it is, is sometimes hard and difficult. But once you are with this set of people your problems seem easy to bear and are given solution. Have you noticed that there are people who make you weak and strong? The former are people called energy vampires. They suck your emotional energy by making you miserable one way or the other. The latter are the positive oriented people who are bearer of light. With these people the difficult problems are easy to solve; the impossible problems take time to be given solution.
- Your perspective are respected and understood. It is of course not always true that you are right about your views and opinions. But with true friends who are after your welfare, what you say has value, respected and understood before given indirect alternative views. When everything you say is always debunked, then these set of people do not treat you as their equals. Better stay away from them lest they imbibe in you that you are worthless.
- They are more goal-oriented. When you want to achieve something in life, hanging out with this kind of people more or less makes you more focused on attaining your goals. These people talk about action and applying it to their plans. It is better if you hang with them since they understand fully well what is in your head than not. More than that, they can even give moral support to whatever you want to attain.
These are NOT your Friends
- After hanging out with them, you are more miserable and problematic as before. Time spend with these set of people can be a wondrous kind of experience. You may have had a fine taste of fun. Life can even be construed as wonderful as you mingle with them. But once you are home, you find yourself in state of deeper misery. Your problems are not even solved but even become worse. Better stay out of these set of people; these people are what the cliché says as fair weathered friends.
- Sowing emotional poison is more of a rule during conversation. When the people you are with talk most of the time about other people and pass on to you harsh criticism and bad gossip about other people inside and outside your circle, you better avoid them like plague. These people suffer in great misery. And what do those experiencing misery are inclined to do? They want company. So they spread emotional poison.
The above list points out several things that you may consider when looking for true friends. You can add more to the list based from your experience. What is important is that you have a set of standard of who you can call as true friends.

Guide To Buying The Plus Size Clothing
Beginning at the top, if you have a large chest then don't wear button down tops that pull at the chest area, also do not buy a top that is big enough for the chest but looks baggy on the rest of your torso because you will look bigger. The best trick for this look is to wear a camisole or tank underneath your shirt and either leave the top shirt completely unbuttoned or button it only halfway. To make this look work well wear a colorful camisole or tank underneath a dark colored shirt. In order to wear the latest look, tunics, begin with a very good a supportive bra. Do not follow the wireless trend here, a good bra will make you look much more put together. The tunic you are wearing should have either a large band of a different color, or a gather that sits right below the bust but is not a different color. Ribbons or small bands can look very bad on a plus sized woman especially when she is sitting.
Now onto pants, black pants, khakis, go with simple solid colors or vertical pinstripes. Pants should not be tight in the thigh area when you're standing and should be at most moderately tight when sitting. Stretch fabrics are the most comfortable but should still be loose fitting. Choose straight leg or slightly flared, do not choose tapered leg pants, in all honesty they don't look good on anyone especially larger women.
Dresses are best worn with body shapers underneath and should be a solid color.
Colors, solid colors or understated prints are best. Pinstripe pants or a very small plaid design can look good. Follow the rules you've been told, DO NOT wear horizontal stripes or bold prints. You can make your look different with textures instead or prints believe it or not.
Accessories, if there's one thing to spend money on in your wardrobe it should be good bras. These bras can be rather expensive but the way a good bra makes you look in your outfit will make or break the outfit. Shoes are another thing that can make you look good or bad. Try not to wear flats, for very large women flats can allow your feet to spread and look bad. Heels make you look taller and leaner. They don't have to be skinny heels, a larger chunky heel actually looks better with straight or flare leg pants. Find a good shoe with a chunky heel and then buy it in every color, wedges, and platforms in a current style or also good.
Most of all wear what you are comfortable in, if someone tells you that you look good but you don't feel comfortable your doubt will show all day and you will probably never wear the outfit. Also ask yourself this question when trying out an outfit. "If I saw myself wearing this outfit would I say ohhh she should look in the mirror before she leaves the house, or would I stop her and ask where she got it?" Also don't be afraid to take things back if you get home and decide you don't like it.

Breast Implants and Health Insurance Coverage Facts
Breast implants are usually done for cosmetic reasons and there are huge costs involved in getting those implants. Now the health insurance as a rule do not pay for the surgery done for cosmetic reasons and there are several other areas where the health insurance does not pay for the costs involved. These are
Breast augmentation
Any medical care you would you need should there be any complications of breast implant surgery.
If you need revision surgery after the initial breast augmentation
Or lastly, if you need to remove the implants.
So if you are planning to get the surgery make sure that you take into account any of the items that I have listed above. Each of these above cost big sums of money so make sure to think ahead and all the future costs related to breast augmentation.
In some cases there are insurance companies who drop you from coverage if you have undergone the surgery. So make sure that ask your insurer that will you still get health insurance once you undergo surgery. Make sure that whether they will or will not cover major breast ailments like cysts or breast cancer.
The costs involved in the breast surgery can range $4000 to $7000. There are additional costs involved which are hospital facility costs, anesthesia costs, prescriptions and medical costs.
As you explore options for breast surgery you need to make sure that you go for the board certified plastic surgeon. The doctor should be board certified for the kind of surgery you are undergoing. Also if you are exploring low coat option abroad think again. It can be very risky and you have no idea about the quality of doctors over there. There is far less regulation in other low cost countries so you may end being treated by a not so qualified surgeon.
Health insurance companies also do not cover any amount expense related to complications that arise from breast implants. The insurance companies do not cover any removal costs whatsoever and these costs can run up to $10000. Also there are no installment payment plans available for removal of the implants. So if you had your surgery for insertion and then immediately you would need removal then there is no option for you but to fund it yourself. Also if you have silicone breast implants then each year you need to have an MRI done to detect leakage and that will also not be covered by insurance.
So make sure that you take all costs into account while thinking of breast augmentation options.
The author has a resource for breasts and breast augmentation in Dallas He believes that if you are looking at breast augmentation in Dallas make sure to look at several other neighbouring areas like Fortworth to reduce your surgery costs.

Some Tips On How To Make The Perfect Cup Of Coffee.
In Italian the term espresso means made on the spot, and an espresso should always be served immediately after making. No matter what you are drinking whether you are having a latte or a cappuccino, it will be based on an espresso. On average it will take about 42 coffee beans to make an espresso.
What has more caffeine an espresso or a normal cup of filter coffee, you may be surprised to learn that it is normal filter coffee. The amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee is determined by the length of time the water is in contact with the coffee beans. That means if you are looking for a good caffeine hit, surprisingly, you will be better of going for a normal filter coffee.
What you should be looking for in a good espresso is a that it has a dark colour; it is rich in taste and has a natural light brown froth on the top. The froth on top is called the crema. You will find that the crema is the heart and soul of the true espresso flavour, and is the true sign of a good cup off coffee.
When making a cappuccino remember to follow the rule of thirds one-third espresso, one-third steamed milk and one-third foamed milk. If you remember this simple formula you will make the perfect cappuccino every time.
How your coffee will taste depends on the types of beans that are used to make it. The taste of the bean can also be affected by the how and where the coffee bean is grown. How the coffee bean was processed after being picked will also affect the taste. This means that you should really think about the type of coffee bean that you buy for your home or while out at the coffee shop. You may find that you prefer the taste of Java coffee or coffee grown in Hawaii is more to your liking. Just remember to buy top quality beans as this will always make a difference. Whether you buy your own beans and grind your own, or by beans already ground, how you store the coffee can have an affect on the coffee's taste. Always try and store the beans/grounds in an airtight container, I also like to store the container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh.
Also remember to use good water, after all coffee is 98% water. If your tap water is poor quality I would try and use filtered water. You may think of using bottled water, but I would advise against this purely based on that it isn't good for the environment.
If you keeping these tips in mind you should be able to make yourself a perfect cup of coffee every time.

Two Tone Engagement Rings A contemporary look
As women want something unique when it comes to their engagement ring, they are looking beyond the traditional gold engagement rings. They want to see unique detail within their ring -- where the setting, shank, band and accents blend to create a beauty that is distinctly all its own.
The two tone Celtic ring is a perfect choice as it provides everything they are looking for within a ring. It has its own distinct beauty, blends in well with different lifestyles and can easily be made to suit their personal preferences. With a wide range of choices available in rings, the two tone Celtic rings are very popular nowadays. These traditional Irish Celtic rings are crafted by using different metals, gemstones, and settings. The different metals that are used to create a very unique and beautiful contrast are gold (white or yellow) and platinum. These metals seem to be the most popular among those seeking two tone Irish Celtic jewelry.
The gemstones are set within mountings that are then attached to the ring’s band. Choosing the best setting depends on the unique personalities and styles of both the wearer and the ring settings. The way to really know which is best is by trying on different styles until one is found that suites the wearer. While one is trying on unique styles, couples need to remember to take into account the different gemstone shapes and sizes that can affect the look of the setting.
Small gemstones can often disappear, if the setting is thick and elaborate, where as larger gemstones look just look ostentatious, within small settings. Also take into account the color of the gemstones when choosing different styles, as some radiate more than others within a two tone setting.
The art of hand crafting Irish Celtic jewelry, that is both classic yet unique, is not very hard to do when one uses different metals and gemstones. Though, if one is crafting Celtic rings, there are some things that need to be known beforehand. When choosing the best metals that compliment though still offer a high-quality contrast, it’s best to know the wearer’s personal preference and lifestyle before one can begin crafting as the choice relies upon knowing this information. To go about doing this one will need to know:
- the behavior of the wearer, as elevated settings can effortlessly be broken by various activities
- If the piece of jewelry has a message or meaning that the giver wants to be a symbol of the gift. Is the ring for a special occasion or is it a “just because” gift?

Personal Injury Accidents In Supermarkets
This practice is more common than you think. And a lot of the victims are older people of pension age. They are on their pension and usually have no resources to instruct solicitors. Or if they do they are worried that this will deplete their life savings. So they settle for what the insurance company offer to them which in a number of cases amounts to an apology, a bunch of flowers and some vouchers.
These are in most cases loyal customers at the store who have spent thousands of pounds over the years which contributed to the huge profits recorded by some supermarkets. If you are reading this article and you recognize this scenario as happening to you or a relative then you should take steps to prevent this type of victimization.
For a start you are entitled to proper and adequate compensation from the supermarket for your injuries. If they wish to give you roses and apologize then this should be in addition to adequate compensation in the first place.
You are probably being given the run-around following your accident. Make sure full details of the accident are recorded in the ‘Accident Book’. Obtain the names and addresses of any other customer to your accident.Write a formal letter of claim to the Manager at the supermarket and keep copies of all your correspondence.
Visit your GP and report your injury so that there are medical records of the nature and extent of your injuries. Take photographs of any bruises which usually show up a few days after the accident. If you receive physiotherapy treatment keep receipts for each session of treatment to reclaim these expenses.
If you visit the hospital keep receipts of travel expenses. As for the amount of compensation to expect for your injuries that will depend on the nature and extent of the injuries you sustained. The level of compensation will increase where there are any fractures. Usually these take some time to heal and sometimes the injury can be very serious such as a hip fracture or fracture of the coccyx. The latter injury can be very painful and occurs in slipping accidents where you fall on your bottom.
Your claim could arise from an accident in the supermarket car park. You will be able to establish liability if there is a tripping hazard such as potholes and if you can establish that there has been a failure to maintain the car park.
However, most accidents will involve slipping on wet floors within the supermarket itself. This usually results from spillages such as water or liquids on the floor. Again, the supermarket should be able to show they have a system of cleaning and maintenance to avoid liability.
Your claim for personal injury compensation should be handled by the supermarket’s public liability insurers. You are entitled to obtain details of their insurer to make your claim. Don’t settle for flowers and vouchers for your injuries from the supermarket.
If you need more information on how to set-up and progress your personal injury claim you are recommended to take a look at my book “The Personal Injury Claims Guide for DIY Claimants” at www.personalinjuryclaimsguide.comH

Pressures of Avoiding Rejection From Women
Here is the interesting thing about men who attempt to avoid rejection from women; the moment they find themselves interacting with a woman, the pressure in their mind is much greater than the reality of the situation warrants.
In addition, thanks to their desire to avoid rejection, they also find themselves with fewer options than they should have in the situation.
Your desire to avoid rejection makes the few interactions you do have with a woman "one shot" deals and when you take that shot and miss instead of learning from it and moving on, you find yourself attempting a do over with her, at least in your mind.
After all, this attempt was an accident and a mistake because she rejected you and in your mind rejection didn't seem likely. Or maybe it did, but you thought you would try anyway and you failed.
Now, your desire to avoid rejection has you chasing a woman who rejected you because to have her withdrawal her rejection is the only way that you can avoid rejection with her.
Consciously, this makes no sense at all, but still happens quite often to men who are attempting to avoid rejection simply because the mind is great at getting what it wants.
Unfortunately, since you have no control over what a woman wants, once a woman rejects you there isn't much of anything you can do to make her change her mind.
Which is why avoiding rejection from women is crazy and chasing a woman after she rejects you is insane.
Of course, this also might be part of the reason why you feel so much pressure to succeed with this one particular woman when you focus on avoiding rejection from women.

Are You Ready For Marriage?
1. Why do you want to get married? Why are you getting married? Be honest with yourself.
Make up a pro/con list. Don't get married for the sake of not being alone or to fulfill some insecurity. Get married because you are in love and want to spend your life with him.
2. Do you really know your partner's personality? Can you really trust him? You can get to know someone by his/her previous behavior. How has be been in previous relationships? You should also pay attention to the relationship that he has with his family. Previous behavior is the best predictor of his future behavior.
3. Are you planning a life after the marriage? I hope so. You can't only think about the wedding. You must consider what is going to happen after it. You have to decide on where you are going to live, if you are going to stay in your current career, or if you are going to start a family immediately. You also have to consider the next fifty years. The both of you need to make the decision of how you are going to deal with conflict, because conflict is inevitable. You also have to decide on how you are going to handle money and the division of labor issues. Make sure that you are putting the same amount of time into your marriage as you is the wedding.
4. Are you investing more than is required? Is your relationship going to cost your entire life? Your friends, your family, your career, and your family? If so, I recommend that this is the move that you want to make. Please be sure that you can handle losing all of those things. Make sure he is the one that you want to lose everything for. If not, than it might be time to pack up and move on!
5. Have you told him what is expected? Have you communicated your needs and wants?
Know yourself. Know what you want. You can't determine if someone is right for you if you don't know your own needs. Tell him what you want and what you expect of him as a husband and a father, not after you have made the move into marriage.

Ladies - Do You Believe That All Men Are The Same?
Instead this is what you should do:
1. Learn to trust the next guy. If in your last relationship you've been lied to or cheated on, you may put up a wall to guard your heart. But instead of putting up a wall, you should open up to the guy. Tell him that though it's going to take some time, you're willing to trust him. Give a person 100 percent trust and let them know that it's up to them do decide whether they want to keep it or lose it.
2. Make room for love. Don't make excuses like "I have to focus a lot of my time on work" or "there are just a lot of things going on in my life right now". If you decide to pursue a relationship with someone, give him the same amount of time and attention that you think you deserve to get. By coming up with excuses...you're putting up barriers. And you'll never know how great a guy will be until you give him a chance.
When you go through many bad relationships, you have to understand that it's only going to bring you one step closer to finding that special guy. So once you find him, it's going to make you appreciate the relationship more. Don't give up now on finding true happiness. Keep your hopes high, your heart open, and keep in mind that all men are different.

Turn Your Wedding Into The The Talk Of The Town!
The truth is many brides focus on all the "little details" such as driving her fiancé crazy over the rose petals being an exact, and I mean exact match to the bridesmaid dresses. When your guests are focusing on the friends, family, food and entertainment - trust me, they won't even notice that the petals are a shade or two off. The only one who will notice is you.
To "wow" your guests make sure everything is in place for them to have a good time. The key elements to a good party are the other guests, the entertainment, the food and drinks. You should cut down on other expenses such as flowers, transportation and attire to allow for more of your budget to keep the good times rolling. Entertainment can include a band, DJ, impersonators, special guests, even dancers. Food should fit into your budget but also offer a variety of options for every palette. Although you need not splurge for the Beef Wellington, your caterer should be able to provide in-season cost saving - but also tasty options for you and your guests. Make sure you seat your guests next to other guests they know and enjoy their company.
Finally, select wedding favors for your guests that they can take home and enjoy. A wedding favor is a memory of your wedding and should reflect your personal taste and style. This is the one item your guests will bring home with them as a keepsake of your event, so give them something you would enjoy receiving as well. Our recommendations are items which can be used in their homes such as photo coasters, wine stoppers, photo albums or wallet sized frames (which can also double as place card frames). If you are afraid that your guests will leave behind favors, opt for something edible such as candy, chocolates or cookies.
The key to planning a spectacular wedding is to place yourself in your guests' shoes and think about the prior weddings you attended. Make sure you keep in mind that just like any other party - your wedding isn't only about the "guests of honor" but also about making sure everyone feels included and is having a good time.

Sex Positions - Stunning Positions To Help Her Achieve Intense Orgasms
What makes you a better lover in bed is the knowledge of different sexual positions and techniques. With this knowledge, you can decide if you are going for a deep penetration, quick climax, or more intimate love making. This will make your woman appreciate you more, as you can give her different sensations and break away from routine sex.
If you want your partner to reach climax relatively quickly, you would stimulate her through clitoral stimulation. The best way to do this is through cunnilingus. If you want her to achieve a strong deep orgasm, you would go for deep penetrating position. For a more intimate climax, you may consider a spooning sex position.
To give great clitoral orgasms to your partner, try the "Drive- Thru". This is a technique from the cunnilingus family. Sit on the floor leaning slightly back and have your partner stand over your face with her legs slightly astride. This is a great way to bring your woman to climax, as she can also control which area you stimulate by moving or changing her position.
For deep penetration, you could try the Folded Deck Chair. This position will allow a deep penetration. Have your partner lie on her back and raise her legs onto your shoulders, then penetrate her in a kneeling position, leaning forward while pushing her legs back.
If you're going for a more intimate orgasm, spooning is the best technique for this. It allows both partners to be comfortable, and has good angles for stimulation.
"Spooning" is one technique where you and your partner lie side by side while you penetrate her from the rear. This is a great sex position to allow you and your partner to have a strong feeling of closeness.
It is important to understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to sexual wants and needs. Online sex guides are a great way to help you learn and understand the different ways of pleasing a women sexually.

Why Bother With "LinkedIn" or "Facebook"?

That's what I used to ask myself as numerous acquaintances kept tagging me to be part of their realm of contacts in FaceBook.com or LinkedIn.com. It seemed a nuisance until I sat down with an old contact, Don Tinney from EOS Worldside (EOS=Entrepreneurial Operating Systems). Don is an EOS Implementer whose job is quite simple. He says simply, "We make millionaires out of owners of small to medium size companies". So maybe he has something to say I should know.
To begin with, I'm going to concentrate on LinkedIn.com because I find it the most dialed in of the two for "business networking". While I'm in Facebook also my contacts there are almost all personal life related. Sure, we all can use a few friends but the majority of my day is more about business and LinkedIn appears to me to have a larger corner on it.
... this is for you!
When you have links to your web site in your LinkedIn or Facebook listings, those are off-site links. If you make recommendations for other people in your circle of contacts and include your web site address as part of your signature then you have even more. Make dozens of good recommendations and receive them in return. It's truly a "giver's gain" world there.
